This Privacy Policy describes how Callalink (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you use the Callalink mobile application (“Application”), website (“Website”), and related services (collectively, the “Service”), including when you connect a third-party account such as Google Calendar or Zoom to the Service.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Definitions

Account means a unique account created for you to access the Service.
Application refers to Callalink, the software provided by the Company.
Company (“we”, “our”, or “us”) refers to Callalink.
Connected Account means a third-party account, such as Google Calendar or Zoom, that you authorize the Service to access on your behalf.
Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
Service refers to the Application, the Website, or both.
Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, generated by the use of the Service or from the Service's infrastructure.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Personal Data You Provide

While using the Service, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:

Email address
First name and last name
Phone number
Address, state, province, ZIP/postal code, city

2.2 Google Calendar Data

If you choose to connect your Google account, the Service requests read and write access to your Google Calendar solely to schedule, update, and manage events and video-call links (such as Google Meet) that you create through Callalink. Specifically, we access:

The list of calendars associated with your Google account, so you can choose which calendar new events are created in
Calendar event data (titles, times, attendees, and video-conferencing links) that Callalink creates, reads, updates, or deletes on your behalf as a direct result of your scheduling actions within the Service

We do not access any other Google data (such as Gmail, Drive, or Contacts) beyond what is described above.

2.3 Zoom Data

If you choose to connect your Zoom account, the Service requests access solely to create and manage Zoom meetings on your behalf when you schedule an event through Callalink that uses Zoom as the video-call provider. We access only the meeting data necessary to create, retrieve, and manage those meetings.

2.4 Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service, and may include your device's IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

2.5 Device Permissions

With your prior permission, the Application may access information from your device's phone book (contacts list) and camera/photo library, solely to provide and improve features of the Service. You can enable or disable this access at any time through your device settings.

Google API Services User Data Policy. Callalink's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements. Calendar data obtained through the Google Calendar API is used only to provide user-facing scheduling features within Callalink and is never used for advertising, sold, or shared with third parties for unrelated purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

To provide and maintain the Service, including scheduling calls, creating video-conferencing links, and managing your bookings
To manage your Account and give you access to the functionalities available to registered users
To operate Connected Accounts — creating, updating, retrieving, and deleting calendar events or video meetings strictly as a result of actions you take within the Service
To contact you by email, SMS, or push notification regarding bookings, updates, or security matters
To manage your requests to us, including support inquiries
For other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, and improving the Service

4. Sharing of Your Information

We do not sell your Personal Data. We may share information in the following limited situations:

With Service Providers who help us operate, host, or analyze the Service, under confidentiality obligations
With Google and Zoom, solely to the extent necessary to perform the scheduling actions you request (e.g., creating a calendar event or a Zoom meeting)
For business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale
For legal reasons, where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Company or others
With your consent, for any other purpose you explicitly approve

5. Data Retention

We retain Personal Data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfil the purposes set out in this Policy, or as required by law. Data obtained from a Connected Account is retained only for as long as the connection remains active, plus any period required to complete in-progress bookings.

6. Revoking Access

You may disconnect your Google Calendar or Zoom account from Callalink at any time from within the Application's settings. Disconnecting immediately stops the Service from accessing that account, and previously granted access can also be revoked directly from your Google Account permissions page or your Zoom account app management settings .

7. Security of Your Personal Data

The security of your Personal Data is important to us, but no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we use commercially reasonable measures to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us so that we can remove it.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date above.
