These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Callalink mobile application (“Application”), website (“Website”), and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Callalink (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Callalink allows users to schedule and manage phone calls and video meetings, including through third-party video-conferencing providers such as Google Meet and Zoom. To use certain scheduling features, you may need to connect a third-party account.

The Service integrates with third-party providers, including Google (for Google Calendar and Google Meet) and Zoom, to let you schedule events and create video meetings directly from Callalink.

All rights to the Application, software, design, branding, and other intellectual property belong to the Company or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
The Service relies on third-party services such as Google, Zoom, hosting providers, and analytics providers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or harm to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service, and disconnect any connected third-party account, at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by updating the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
