Passport Workflow

Problem Statement

• Passport can get lost
• Passport content does not have the phone number and even if a phone number is mentioned somewhere it’s better to use the link phone
• The link phone solves the problems of lost documents with government agencies by simply using the very unique ID as the phone link

Workflow 1

• user writes the passport number as his link – in the landing page
• user enables government agencies to access his the link phone by keying the passport number

Workflow 2

• Government agency clicks on the link provider
• Call gets directed to the phone numbers associated with the passport number

• we need to have the process that is automated – for the authorised persons of various backgrounds- airports/ city / police etc to be enabled to call the link phone number.
• At base level : the calls can go through from pretty much anyone – not needing any authorisation , just using the passport number. By using this basic level the passport holder is open to receive calls but yes the problem of spammy calls is there

REVIEW / REWIRE

• At level 2 : the link phone will authorise a unique method to contact only by authorities (we will need to work on something that is already prevalent and used by authorities to render authenticity to existing exercises in voice calling citizens)

• Lost documents are always a panic prone situation that can be comforted with the access of the link phone.
