Unique Link will have the employee ID number and name. Whenever there is a need th display / use the mobile number this can be used.

A) employee’s role as subscriber:

The schedule for calls can be allowed to be viewed by invitee, a colleague , customer or vendor whatever the case may be. . – and accordingly acceptance is given by the subscriber.

• Vendor’s Admin : The mobile number assigned to a Link can be changed based on need , so the Link remains a constant – just the mobile number is changed at the back end , by altering the Profile Field for mobile number
• Escalations : The mobile number of a senior person or rare events where a need is there for escalation ,introduction can be shared through a UNIQUE link generated using flexibility in restrictions even for one specific instance. The UNIQUE link will be held only for interactions with the senior member and all other comfort / acceptance benefits are available
• Groups : Employee teams can be aligned in / schedules / activity
• Transport . Car number of the driver serves as the link to the driver of the day & employee’s ID serves as the link to the mobile number.
• Revolving Profiles : customer or employee is served one link – the concerned person’s mobile number to whom they need to contact can be changed from time to time to suit the situation.
• Employees upon exiting a company are often in a dilemma about the need to relinquish the mobile number – this leads to them using CallaLInk
