Workflow 1 – Stereotypes

• The list of standard / stereotypes of problems are published
• Daily schedules are assigned for each stereotype
• The description box is expected to be filled by the citizen
• The Link Phone links are generated from the events link generator
• The link phone link generated can either have the name of the caller or the address or could be an index code to anything

Workflow 2

• The appointments for x official or y type of complaint can be pre fixed to the calls
• The appointments of citizens too : they could choose when to have a police official call them on a particular matter

Workflow 3

• The link is named as a pointer to the system
• The naming of the Link generated can manifest a connection : like the postal address or anything else

Workflow 4 – Neighbourhood & Community Policing

• The citizens could discuss matters between each other by publishing Links & Schedules
• The Schedules and Activities could include the type of discussion they have identified for consideration
• Appointments can be published and discussions can be proactively fruitful given a specific context
• Anonymity could be maintained given the total elimination of mobile numbers

Workflow 5 – Police Patrol and Beat Police

• The beat Police Personnel of the shift, can be reached by clicking on the appropriate link published for that time of the day
• The beat police could also choose to contact a citizen based on the door address provided : he does not necessarily need to know the person’s name
• The Police Patrol Vehicles could be contacted by the link connected to the Vehicle Number as a constant and the backend would use the revolving profiles feature to automatically include the personnel on the shift
